Qualification/ Experience S. No 1: MBA (HR) / MA (PM & IR)/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR/ PM & IR / Personnel Management/ Masters in Labour Studies/ MMS (HR)/ (PM & IR) (2-year full time course) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 50% for SC/ ST / PWD categories. S. No 2: Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD categories. S. No 3: MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing, Retail Management, or Operations Management with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/ PwBD categories. S. No 4: MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing, Retail Management, or Operations Management with a minimum aggregate of 60% (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD categories. S.
